This tapping series contains tapping scripts that were both researched and tested on Type Threes AND channeled LIVE by Rachel. Just like in the sample video, she lives into the type experience and uses her somatic and intuitive attunement to receive problem statements, as well as healing affirmations.

As you follow along, we take EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), or tapping, which is a relieving acupressure method, and we apply that to your type challenges, limiting beliefs, and stuck patterns.

Rachel has been studying the Enneagram since 2006. She found EFT tapping around the same time, but it was 2015 when she had the idea to combine the energy-releasing power of tapping with the wisdom of Enneagram types.

Rachel built her knowledge of Enneatypes through her eight years of practice as a licensed psychotherapist. She has led numerous Enneagram intro workshops along with several in-depth group explorations, both online and in-person, including co-founding and running the now-closed “Enneagram Lovers” community. Now she uses the Enneagram, with other transformational tools, to help executives, celebrities, and VIPs feel more fulfilled in their leadership by integrating a balance of power and love.
